During the same production day we capture a photo bank that can support the course's social-media communication over time — campaigns, story posts, feed pieces and ad creative.

The final presentation will include selected visual references for mood, composition and editing style — drawn from premium trail-running campaigns, cinematic desert endurance films, fastpacking content, documentary-style educational pieces and social-first Instagram reels.
One shooting day.
A tight, well-sequenced day designed around the desert's light. We shoot video and stills in parallel, with a small mobile crew that can move between locations without losing momentum.
Cinematic desert visuals, walking and running silhouettes, wide landscape shots. The day opens with the strongest light — used for hero frames.
Practical course scenes: navigation, planning, instructor explanations, equipment, group movement. Tight, technical, montage-ready material.
Emotional shots, portraits, hero visuals, final scenes for the reels. The light softens, the day is heard, the group rests.
Still photography throughout the day — running alongside video to build the photo bank without interrupting the field schedule.

A clean, line-itemised view of where the budget goes — from concept to final delivery. Pricing is held in placeholders and finalised once travel, crew size and permissions are confirmed.
Final estimate may be adjusted depending on travel, crew size, location access, drone permissions and the number of final photo edits. Travel beyond the agreed region, additional shooting days and extended revision rounds are quoted separately.
